Stone Stride offers boots and related products for purchase through its online store.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, and specifications accurately. However, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variations, or other factors.

Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in product listings, subject to applicable law and any rights arising from an order already accepted.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD), unless otherwise expressly stated.

You are responsible for reviewing the total amount shown at checkout before completing your purchase. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed charges will be presented where required or applicable.

Payment must be authorized through an available payment method before an order can be processed.

The billing descriptor appearing on your payment statement may be Stone.

If a pricing or listing error is discovered, we will address it in accordance with applicable law. We will not use this provision to disregard mandatory consumer rights.

5. Orders and Acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance in every circumstance.

We reserve the right to review or decline an order where permitted by law, including where payment authorization fails, suspected fraud is identified, a product is unavailable, or material listing errors occur.

If payment has been collected for an order that we cannot fulfill, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. Stone Stride is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer, subject to applicable law.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders generally require 1 to 4 business days to process before shipment.

After shipment, estimated delivery is 5 to 12 business days. Products are shipped from China through third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs procedures, carrier delays, weather, operational disruptions, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date by emailing contact@stonestrideco.com.

Requests may be considered for damaged products, incorrect items, orders not delivered after the maximum stated delivery period, or dissatisfaction reported within the applicable period with photographs of the product.

Physical product returns are not required for approved refunds under our standard refund process. Once a refund is approved, the customer may keep or dispose of the product.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your statement.

Certain items, including personalized products, gift cards, and personal hygiene products with broken seals, are excluded under our Refund Policy except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.
